- frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 jar pesto sauce
- 2 cans diced tomatoes (drained, fire roasted would be really good)

I cut the recipe in half. Used Frozen Cheese Ravioli like the recipe stated but used a fresh seeded and diced medium sized tomato from my garden and1/4 cup home made basil/walnut pesto. Outstanding! Easy and flavorful. Good hot or cold. Just the thing for a quick lunch or supper.
