    Turned out very yummy! I used panko breadcrumbs instead. Would definitely look to making a homeade pesto or a organic fresh made pesto...but the pesto makes the dish so find the best you can. Used Alton Brown's method of stuffing pork chops...all you need is piping bag and watch the video on the knife cut...it's simple and amazing. Thank you so much for a lovely recipe.

    Tasty, but need a little more stuffing than this recipe called for.... maybe my chops were larger? Whatever, we all liked them.
