    I made a couple subs based on what I had. It’s not asparagus season, so I skipped it. I also prefer spinach to arugula, so I subbed that out. Really good!

    I followed it to a T but I think there was too much asparagus and it shouldn't have been added at all

    So flavorful, loved the pesto! I added quartered baby bella mushrooms and artichoke hearts for extra variety. I loved this dish and will make it again.
