Great flavor would recommend to sear on both sides but I like my pork more done

It was delicious. I made an extra serving of the pesto and smothered the chops with it when I put them in the oven. So so so delicious.

Take long to make. Not a weeknight meal.

Yummy. I did do enough though. Next I will double the recipe.

Juicy and well-cooked!

I wish the recipe had mentioned bone in pork chops and not center cut. If it had I would have given 5 stars. Meal was still delicious .

These were delicious. I was hesitant to try pesto on pork, my husband and I aren't adventurous with our pairings. He loved them. I had pork loin on hand so that is what I used. I can only imagine how bone in chops would taste

I made these chops the other night for dinner and they were fantastic. I made the following minor modifications though: 1) I used a cast iron skillet to sear the porkchops on the stove 2) Instead of transferring to a baking pan before going into the oven, I left them in the cast iron 3) I thinly sliced the shallots and placed them in the skillet just before I put the porkchops in the oven Great recipe, I will absolutely use this one again.

I made these porkchops for dinner tonight & they turned out great! The pork chops were juicy & the pesto was a great marinade. I am definitely keeping these in my collection for future dinners. For a veggie I picked up a bag of brussels sprouts, cooked them & added them to the pan when it went in the oven.
