Turned out wonderfully!!! The flavors are so rich and delicious, but I agree that a little less Italian seasoning would be even better since it is such a strong seasoning and a bit overpowering! I put it together (without the topping) and froze it in advance, and it still tasted great after defrosting (then added the breadcrumb topping) and baking it...definitely a keeper:)

My family ate this so fast I did not have time to take a pic! LOL I made minor changes to the recipe. I used 2 cups of Asiago cheese and 1 cup of fresh Mozzarella cheese with the parmesan cheese. Instead of 15 oz of crushed tomatoes I used 20 oz to accommodate the extra cheese. Next time I am going to cut the Italian seasoning to 1/4 teaspoon. I found the Italian season to be a bit overwhelming. Everything else was great!
