Ingredients

4 servings:
2 celery sticks (small)
salt (to taste)
2 teaspoons mustard (L'ancienne, or similar)
2 teaspoons dijonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
250 grams turkey meat (minced)
3 scallions (chopped)
2 tablespoons chives (chopped)
2 tablespoons red pepper (frozen chopped)
2 mint leaves
1/2 malagueta pepper
salt (to taste)
pepper (pink, to taste)
olive oil (flavored, to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 pita bread
4 leaves lettuce (chopped)

Directions

1Celery Sauce Preparation:
2In a small bowl, add all the ingredients, and stir until creamy, as pictured.
3Burger Preparation:
4In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
5Shape 4 burger patties with the mixture.
6Heat a drizzle of olive oil in skillet, and cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side.
7While the patties are cooking, toast the pita bread slightly, then cut open with a knife.
8Place the cooked turkey burgers in the bread, add the lettuce, and the celery sauce on top.
