I kind of had a hard time pounding the chicken thin enough but I guess they were okay because the chicken came out just fine. I am no longer worried about such a short cooking time for chicken breasts. They were really good!

This is about the 20th time I have made it since I found this recipe. I’m a man, yep, grilling, smoking, charring man. I could do anything but chicken breast until now. These breast turn out so moist every time I cook them. I’m talking when you cut them juice actually comes out of them and the taste is awesome. Sometimes I just use Italian seasoning or some Cajun seasoning. Keep the basic tho the olive oil and garlic. This is a must but play around with different seasoning and find what you like. It is important to get that grill hot like to 600 as shown or if you can’t get it close to the fire and leave it on a little longer. You would think it takes a long time but really I do mine about 4 min. Per side Dilly Dilly

very very yummly especially when the chicken has been brined first. tender, juicy and flavorful without losing the flavor of the meat.

I have always marinated my chicken breasts in bottled Italian dressing per a tip from a cook at a local barbecue joint.

Add three tablespoons of white wine to marinade ! The recipe is basic and I do the same with the addition .

So flavorful and moist! Will definitely make it again. My husband couldn't stop eating it even though he said he was stuffed. Will definitely make it again.
