I am a hella good cook, but rice has been the one thing I have been able to cook successfully. This recipe was more successful than any other brown rice I've made. It needed more water, but I think that was an issue with "dump the little bit of rice left in the bag". Honestly, the texture is great for rice casseroles.

On medium my rice did not boil, possible this is why it was undercooked

Turned out great, put some steamed broccoli in it for extra protein and you got yourself a perfect post-workout snack.

perfect rice all the time. I add chicken/ veg stock bay leaf and parsley in place of water and for color& health I add tumeric :-)

The cooking time is wrong the rice was crunchy it need 10 more minutes of boil time. This is not my first time making brown rice either. Thank goodness my husband was able to pick some up from a Chinese restaurant
