It tasted great. I only used 2 sweet potatoes. Does not look like the pic.. Making it again tonight!

Very vague recipe that makes these difficult to make right. I used 3 sweet potatoes and ended up with sweet potato patties that were very moist and wouldn't form into burgers at all. Would not recommend.
