Perfection! I did not have an orange so I substituted lemon zest with no negative impact to the dish. I would make extra butter and use it on EVERYTHING!

Husband liked it a lot. Thought it seemed like a lot of pepper. Used about a third what was called for - probably could have used more. Makes more butter than needed but we will use the butter on something else. The flavor was good. My steak was chewier than I would have liked, but that was probably just the meat.
Oh my goodness, it was so delicious. My husband said the orange zest was the perfect amount. I thought the butter topping was a perfect topper. It was easy to make (no mess). I will definitely make this many more times. Perfect!!!!!

I didn't have thick rib eyes, so it was a bit too much pepper, but otherwise pretty good. Not perfect but pretty good.
I’m not one to rave as I’m pretty fussy and I also rarely bother to leave reviews. That being said, I have to say these steaks were nothing short of incredible. Flavor was outstanding and the compound butter was the crown jewel. Made this for guests and they had a fit over it.

Amazing! The recommended cooking time was perfect and the compound butter was heavenly!(I even used the butter on roasted potatoes which made them over the top yummy!) Dinner tonight was a huge hit!! No backup plan needed ;)

The steak turned out awesome and the herb butter just put the icing on the dish ,also used butter on our baked potato fantastic. Will definitely be making this recipe again
