    Wow! Loved this recipe, mostly because it was quick. No overnight seasoning required. I did alter it by adding some onion powder also but I wasn’t overbearing. Could go a minute less in the broiler, and be sure to turn off th heat to the skillet immediately after searing the steaks on the stove.
