Think I’ll stick to a traditional recipe. I reduced the flour in this recipe based on the review which said it was too thick, and was still pretty bad. I was intrigued to use such a different recipe as I make pancakes all the time, but this was sorely disappointing

Delicious and fluffy. love that the taste of vanilla comes through. would be best w a fruit compote i think. I used bread flour instead of cake, and it turned out great.

I made it just like it says but I used only 1 tablespoon of cake flour and I doubled the baking powder to 6 tablespoons and I added 1 tablespoon of nutmeg it was so yummy what an amazing recipe. This Pioneer woman truly has some fabulous recipes!!!

Not your traditional pancake. Very buttery and the batter is pretty thick. I could eat them but my parter took one bite and refused. Probably wouldn’t make again and will just stick to my usual traditional recipe.

I added more 3/4 cup of milk cause it was to thick and i added an extra egg. Was very yummy. love the vanilla in this made it extra good.

The ingredients list states 2tbs of cake flour.... Supposed to be 3 cups and 2tbs!! They were too fluffy in my opinion... Personal preference I guess?

I ALWAYS use this recipe... Sometimes I substitute sugar for honey... Or add cinnamon and brown sugar swirls too

They kind of remind me of breakfast I didn’t really like how thick the batter is because when you put them in the griddle you can’t really spread them more flat or in a circle and then they rise like an inch and half Dont get me wrong they tasted like pancakes haha just way to much batter and way to thick

It turned out sh*t. It has the texture of a gummy egg and tastes like one too
