This is my go to recipe. So delicious. I add chocolate chips for my grandson.

Wonderfully tasty and fluffy!
great! made half a recipe and used almond extract instead of vanilla, and it was spot on. delicious.
It turned out sh*t. It has the texture of a gummy egg and tastes like one too

These pancakes were delish. They were thicker than I like, but the taste was really good.

The original recipe was too thick and it tasted bitter. Sad to say that I’m going back to Bisquick.
The first time I made this with the written 3tbs (type-o?) of baking powder, and they were far too dry and crumbly. The 2nd time, I used 3 tsp and only 2 1/2 cups of flour. They were lovely!
Real success! Used the same recipe to make some chocolate chip version of the pancakes to serve a party of 9 and at the end there was none left. Definitely my to go pancake recipe!

Was very thick. First batch was very dense. I advise adding a bit more milk

Too much flour and not enough milk. Very thick. Tasty but I’d cut back on the flour or add more milk next time
You have to add too much milk to make it work

Just ok. Kind of heavy, and not a lot of flavor. I had better turnout with joy of cooking recipe.

turned out great, but turned into dry biscuits when kept in the warming drawer to long.

They turned out fantastic!

Perfect I added ricotta and an apple puréed in the blender
I had no cake flour so of course I used regular flour unbleached. It seems with regular flour you need more liquid so I added about half a cup to one cup more milk and they were super fluffy and turned out yummy. The instructions were awesome and if you follow to a tee it works!

Delicious! Light and fluffy!
I followed the recipe but it taste more like a cake than pancakes. Also it was super thick. So I added one more cup of milk, another 1/2 stick of butter, and an extra teaspoon of vanilla. That thin out the batter and taste more like pancakes :)
Great, though next time ill try just two teaspoons of vanilla
love it. family said they were delish!
