    tried cooking it twice both times at about the skin would burn really bad before it could even finish cooking.

    would make with some butter or olive oil as well next time to add some extra flavor

    Sooo good! I take the drippings and make a quick pan gravy by putting a tablespoon of flour in the drippings, add some wine or beer to deglaze and some water and salt and pepper to make a gravy. yummy!
