Great gluten free crepés. I use coconut milk and oat flour instead of the almond milk and coconut flour. I don't recommend using the coconut flour, the crepes were nasty in comparison. Only downside of these crepés, is that they are a bit 'eggy.' But by the time you add all the goodies, you can barely tell.
