    Probably one of the best recipes I’ve ever used but only used Half a cup of regular sugar because it’s not cake... also sprinkled some brown sugar on top and they came out perfect It doesn’t need all the extra sugar!!

    We made a double batch because we had five bananas that were turning. We decided to add dark chocolate chips to the recipe. So yummy.

    I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! I got a perfect twelve muffins and they are DELICIOUS! My only recommendation is to bake it a minute or two longer to fully cook it, or take them out when the top is nice and firm. If you do the toothpick trick, the banana will come off on it so make sure you don’t think it’s undercooked.

    Turned out great...make them again and soon as my bananas become too ripe.. We freeze them and pop them out one at a time..sometimes add a few chocolate chips

    Perfect. Super easy and really tasty. Got brave second time and replaced flower and baking soda with self raising flower. Worked a treat!!
