added chillis, chorizo, broccoli and a pizza sauce made with tomato paste, garlic and herbs. will also add spring onions nex time

I had to make a few sustitutions because I didn't have pepperoni or heavy cream on hand. I used bacon and sour cream, but this was so good I could have eaten it as a meal! Can't wait to try it with pepperoni!

Thank you so much for posting this! It turned out wonderfully. We modified it slightly by using salami instead of pepperoni and added basil and mushrooms. We also added the basil and mushrooms to the puree... so yummy!! We are already thinking about the endless variations (like buffalo chicken, with celery and blue cheese in the puree)... and can't wait to try it! Thanks again for posting this, such a creative and delicious use for cauliflower!

Decent. Had to add 3 more tablespoons of heavy cream as I couldn't get the mixture to blend smoothly otherwise. Still taste like cauliflower but that's okay we like the taste. Get a large head of cauliflower otherwise it will make an appetizer not enough for a full entree.

This was really good! I added a few cups of spinach, some garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt and pepper and only slightly pureed the cauliflower.

I steamed the cauliflower on the stove since we don't own a microwave. I added the cream and butter after I dumped out the water. I added pizza seasoning mix as well with the salt and pepper. This tastes great and my small children are eating it! This is going to be a regular staple now with fresh salads! We're going to try experimenting with adding veggies, etc on top like you would a pizza

I forgot the salt and pepper (on accident) and use pepper jack cheese as part of it and it was good. I will be making this again.

It was a bit salty since other ingredients already have salt, if I try it again I wouldn't add salt.

I didn't really care for this. It tasted mostly bland (like cauliflower) but greasy from the pepperoni. I did not eat any leftovers. My fiance liked it and said he would eat it again but I think he was being nice because I ended up throwing away all of the leftovers after they sat uneaten for a week. Maybe a more flavorful cheese like asiago or parmesan would have helped,

This recipe does not even taste like cauliflower, which is awesome. I made it as a entree for dinner. In the future, I would make this as a side dish. It was good, but I couldn't eat a lot of it. I'd like to pair it with something else to ensure I'm not still hungry after dinner
