- Rub tenderloin with both peppers seasonings, covering entire surface. Place in shallow roasting pan and roast in 425 degree F. oven for 20-27 minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Let roast rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.

I didnt know pork tenderloin was so easy and delicious (and cheap!!). This "recipe" is a keeper.

This very simple recipe is my new go to for pork tenderloin! It turned out flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked!

Very good. Quick and easy and the cayenne gave it a little kick. I added Trader Joe’s umami. The pork was moist but cooked at 25 minutes.
