Good. I used red wine vinegar, no mushrooms and garlic powder. Had to substitute with what I had at home and it was really good.

Easy to make. Everyone liked it and served two plates. I've prepared this recipe a few times and it turns delicious always. I recommend to freeze the ingredients needed to have them ready when you want to make it.
