Ingredients

200 grams beans
water
salt
bay leaf
olive oil
1 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
1 onions (peeled and diced)
100 grams mushrooms (penny cap, or porcini mushrooms, cleaned and chopped)
ground black pepper

Directions

1Cook the beans in a pressure cooker or in a normal pot, add water with salt and a bay leaf for 1 hour.
2Add a tablespoon of oil to a skillet on medium heat. Saute the garlic and onion for 5 minutes.
3Add the chopped mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
4Mix the beans with the mushrooms.
5Plate and drizzle some olive oil on top.
