Ingredients

10 stems lacinato kale
400 grams noodles (whole-wheat penne, cooked)
60 grams gorgonzola
30 grams walnuts
1/2 lemon zest (organic)
olive oil
1 garlic cloves

Directions

1Remove kale leaves from stem and wash. Cut into medium sized pieces. Heat a large pot of salted boiling water, and cook the kale for 7 minutes. Drain.
2Cook the noodles.
3Pour a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add the garlic (unpeeled just crushed under a knife's blade), add kale, and fry for 4 to 5 minutes, season with salt. When the pasta is cooked, add to frying pan, stir, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, add the walnut pieces.
4Serve the noodles on plates, sprinkle with crumbled Gorgonzola, lemon zest, a little olive oil, and pepper.
