  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes (chopped, I use the kind packed in olive oil)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful fresh basil (chopped roughly)
  • 1/3 cup chicken stock (or white wine)
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • parmesan (fresh, for topping)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 dashes hot sauce (any kind of, Tabasco, Worcestershire, etc.)
