  • 200 grams penne pasta
  • 200 grams ham (diced)
  • 200 grams queso panela (or ricotta cheese)
  • 1 broccoli (large, in florets and cooked al dente)
  • 2 carrots (chopped and cooked al dente)
  • 3 chipotle chile
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • bouillon powder

Directions

  1. 1Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with the ham, cheese, and vegetables, then set aside.
  2. 2Place all the ingredients for the sauce except the butter, salt, pepper, and bouillon into a blender and puree. Without sifting, pour onto a saucepan and add the butter. Heat until it boils, then season with salt, pepper, and bouillon powder to taste.
  3. 3Serve the pasta and pour the sauce on top. This dish can be served warm or cold.
