  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 knorr sazon with coriander and annatto
  • 4 slices shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups knorr creamy cheese soup
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

    1. Preheat oven to 375°. Evenly sprinkle both sides of chicken with Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto. Top each chicken breast with a slice of cheese; roll up. Wrap each breast with 1 slice bacon and place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top chicken with bell pepper. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is almost thoroughly cooked. Pour in Knorr® Creamy Cheese Soup and broil 5 minutes until bacon is crisp and chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve, if desired, with Caribbean Rice.
