Description

Brownies they way they used to be made. Your mouth will water and your stomach growl once you smell them baking. Featuring the nutty crunch of pecans, these chocolate morsels will tickle your senses with rich flavor and sweetness.

Ingredients

200 grams dark chocolate
100 grams softened butter
225 grams powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
60 grams flour
salt
100 grams pecans (crushed)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 355 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Melt the chocolate, and let cool.
3In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs one by one and then add the vanilla extract, flour, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
4Add the cold chocolate and pecans.
5Mix gently.
6Pour into a flexible mold (otherwise butter and flour a baking pan) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
7Unmold warm, cool on a baking rack.
8Cut into squares.
