Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 carrots (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt

Directions

  1. 1Boil the carrots in water and a pinch of salt until soft. Remove from heat and add the peas to the same pan until they defrost. Drain.
  2. 2Heat the butter in a skillet and saute the garlic for 1 minute. Add the cooked vegetables and let cook for 1 or 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
