- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cuttlefish
- 1 pound peas
- ground black pepper
- fresh parsley
- Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the cuttlefish and saute for about 3 minutes.
- Add the peas and cook everything for another 5 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and parsley and serve warm.

This is a quick, nutritious way to eat fish. I love peas and my favorite fish is varieties that have white meat so this dish is a winner for me. I especially enjoyed how quick this recipe was to prepare. This recipe truly does require only 20 minutes to get from the prep counter, to the stove, and then to the table!
