Ingredients

  • 140 grams softened butter
  • 140 grams granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams ground hazelnuts
  • 30 grams chopped hazelnuts
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pears (large)
  • 80 grams raisins
  • 30 grams butter
  • 30 grams granulated sugar
  • 30 grams chopped hazelnuts
  • 30 grams flour

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  3. 3Add the eggs and ground hazelnuts, chopped hazelnuts, flour and baking powder.
  4. 4Mix well until smooth.
  5. 5Peel the pears, cut them into small cubes
  6. 6Add pears and raisins (coated with a little flour) to the batter.
  7. 7Pour the batter into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8In a small bowl, prepare the crumble. Combine butter, sugar, hazelnuts, and flour with a pastry cutter until crumbly.
  9. 9Sprinkleon top of the cake batter and bake for about 1 hour.
  10. 10Let cool before unmolding.
