Made it exactly as recipe. Turned out good, was lacking something but was probably just because the pears weren’t quite ripe, not sweet enough. Otherwise very good, the cheese choice was good as it didn’t overpower the rest of the ingredients.

I'm starting to look like a total rock star in the kitchen because of recipes like this!!! It was definitely an elevated meal because of this main dish. Not too difficult considering the final result!
