Description

You can’t make a mistake with pears and ham. The meat is slightly salty, with hints of sweet from the agave nectar and pears. Parmesan cheese adds a mild flavor. Perfect for a quick dinner any day of the week. Preparation only takes 30 minutes. You’ll be sitting up to a hot meal in almost no time.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons agave nectar (or honey)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
3 pears
12 slices parma ham
parmesan cheese
basil leaves

Directions

1In a bowl mix the marinade ingredients (syrup, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and fresh thyme)
2Wash and dry pears, keep the skin.
3Finely chop pears with mandolin.
4Rub pear slices with the marinade and let them stand for 10 minutes.
5Divide the pear slices and ham between plates.
6Cut pieces of Parmesan, add basil leaves and a little thyme.
7You can add a spin of the pepper mill.
