Ingredients

  • 1 pear (ripe)
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla rice milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Cut pear into large pieces and puree in a small food processor or blender with rice milk until smooth.
  2. Add almond butter and blend.
  3. Add coconut and blend until fully integrated.
  4. Add extra milk if you want a thinner smoothie.
  5. Pour into a pretty glass and take a swig!
