Ingredients

  • 75 grams soft brown sugar
  • 25 grams peanut butter
  • 25 grams Nutella
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 medium egg
  • 50 grams chocolate chips (small)

  3. Use a teaspoon to divide the mixture into various pieces and roll each into a ball.
  4. Arrange the balls on a lined baking tray, allowing plenty of room for the biscuits to spread.
  5. Bake the biscuits in a moderate oven (350F/180c.) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Lift the biscuits off the baking trays and place on to wire trays and allow to cool.
