Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • salt
  • 6 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 7 1/4 ounces Snickers Candy Bar (chopped)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the peanut butter and mix using your hands.
  3. In another bowl, mix the butter with the egg and milk.
  4. Add to the previous mixture and stir. Add the candy bar, and stir again.
  5. Fill the muffin cups to 2/3 full and place inside a muffin pan.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Take out of the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes. Unmold and let cool completely.

These are hands down one of the best muffins I have ever eaten. They are like something that you would get at a gourmet bakery. I highly recommend these to anyone who loves peanut butter and chocolate combinations in their desserts. It’s like a peanut butter cup muffin.
