Ingredients

125 grams peanut butter
180 grams raw sugar
350 grams bananas (ripe, mashed)
2 eggs
250 grams flour
1 tablespoon rum
2 teaspoons baking powder
100 grams dark chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180C.
2Work the peanut butter with the raw sugar, then incorporate the mashed bananas.
3Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and rum.
4Sift the flour together with the baking powder, adding it to the batter and stir until it has been completely incorporated.
5Add the chocolate, chopped coarsely.
6Butter and flour a cake pan or line it with wax paper, pour the batter into the pan.
7Bake for approximately 50 minutes.
8Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
