Dense and packed with peanut butter flavor, this skillet cookie is a PB lover's dream! The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

- nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 oz. chocolate chips (or miniature peanut butter cups, 4 oz. is about 2/3 cup)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray an 8-inch cast-iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place the softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Use a mixer to cream together on medium speed until pale and fluffy, about 1 minute. Add the egg and continue to beat on medium speed until light and fluffy, 30 seconds to one minute.

Delicious!! Making this in a skillet is such a great way to make a cookie. This is a nice combination of chocolate and peanut butter. I did add more chocolate chips. We loved it.
