Ingredients

  • 75 grams softened butter
  • 250 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 250 grams flour
  • 6 grams baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 180 milliliters milk
  • 130 grams peanut butter

Directions

  1. Use a mixer to beat the softened butter with the sugar, then add the peanut butter and continue beating.
  2. Beat the egg in a separate bowl with the salt and add it to the batter.
  3. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add it gradually to the batter alternating with the milk.
  4. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and fill them with the batter.
  5. Bake the muffins at 180C for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the muffins from the oven and cool them on a wire rack.
