Loved this and so did everyone else. I never follow a recipe so didn’t chill and they were very flat and crisp but still delicious. I also never had peanut butter so I Nutri-bulleted a cup of nuts ... perfect.

I doubled the recipe and added 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture. After mixing all ingredients together, I added 1 10 oz. bag of Reese's Pieces mini chips, and 1 10.5 oz. bag of Hershey's milk chocolate chips, and followed the baking instructions of 375 F for 12 minutes. What resulted was pure chewy ecstasy in every bite.

I prefer to make these with almond butter, and sub unsweetened applesauce for the butter. It creates a really nice, chewy cookie.
