  • 2 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 2 peanut butter (heaping spoonfuls of)
  • 1/3 cup cooking wine (/sherry)
  • 3 Tbsp. garlic powder (or you can use fresh garlic)
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 bag veggies (frozen stir fry, or you can use fresh)
  • white rice

    Excellent ... love the ginger, and fresh garlic combo, and the peanut butter makes this even better than my own Thai Cashew chicken stir fry. Love it thank you
