  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

    Directions

    1. Mix yellow cake mix,water,1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 2eggs;bake according to mix box.
    2. When cool, ice with peanuter butter icing.
    3. Mix 3 cups confectioners sugar, 1/2-1/3 cup milk, and 1/4 cup peanut butter together for icing.
    4. Slowly stir in milk until thick enough to spread.
    5. Spread over cooled cake.
