Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (each, baking soda)
  • cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

  1. Mash bananas and combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Put in Pam sprayed 8" pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
