  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana (organic)
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey (raw, unfiltered, local preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder (cocoa powder works too)
  • 2 handfuls ice
