Ingredients

  • 15 ounces peaches in light syrup (sliced, drained)
  • 1/2 pint raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (or to taste)
  • 4 scoops Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream (about 2 cups)

Directions

  1. Evenly spoon peaches into 4 dessert dishes. Top with Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, then drizzle with raspberry sauce.
  2. Process raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in food processor or blender until smooth; set aside.
