Ingredients

  • 1 pound fruitcake (light, sliced)
  • 1/4 cup sweet sherry (or brandy)
  • 4 ounces candies (peach jelly, chopped)
  • 4 ounces candies (mango jelly, chopped)
  • 14 ounces sliced peaches (drained)
  • 500 grams vanilla pudding (thick)
  • 2 1/2 cups cream (whipped)
  • 2 ounces dark chocolate (shaved)

Directions

  1. Place cake slices into the base of 8 (1 cup) glasses or bowls. Drizzle sherry or brandy evenly between glasses.
  2. Top with jellies and peaches. Pour the pudding over and top with cream. Chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with chocolate curls to serve.
