Ingredients

  • 3 franks (turkey, chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 100 grams neufchatel cheese (low-fat)
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Cholula Hot Sauce

Directions

  1. Grind the turkey franks and the mustard using a food processor. Add the Neufchatel cheese, blue cheese (optional), and hot sauce and mix for a smooth texture.

What an amazing horderve to use for a party. The Cholula Hot Sauce takes this pate to a whole new level. I loved the creamy consistency and I slap a heaping mound on a cracker. You don’t hear much talk these days about pate, but with recipes like this one, this delightful treat could make a comeback. I will make this on game night for my family too. They all love it.
