- 1 piece parmesan cheese (rind)
- 1 cup pastina (any tiny, tiny pasta shape)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (diced, preferably breast meat, optional, my family does not include)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (freshly, Giada used Romano, which is a nice cheese as well)

My mom would cook the pastina /we would add butter. It got past on to me, my daughter/cousins. We liked it a lot. We even fed the toddlers with it. But YourS with the Broth Is the Best. Thank you so much. I love it/that's without the chicken. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I MAKE IT ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK!
