With a couple alterations, became a relatively simple delicious meal. Used crushed tomatoes so we could skip the blender. also skipped the bread crumbs

It is so delicious! Everybody loves the special flavor snd presentation of the Panko and Parsley on top of the pasta. It's a success every time
