Ingredients

1 onions
garlic
1 tomatoes (ripe)
50 grams tomato paste
1 bay leaf
red pepper
1 can tuna
1 fish broth
elbow macaroni
1 liter water
pineapple

Directions

1In a pot, place the water and the broth and take to boil.
2In another pan pour the olive oil, add the onion and minced garlic and bay leaf.
3Cut the peppers and diced tomatoes and add to the stew. Add the tomato paste and let it cook until it is mashed.
4Add the drained tuna.
5Add the broth and when it is boiling, add the pasta.
6Season with salt and ground pepper.
7Cut the pineapple into cubes and add when the pasta is almost cooked.
