  • 1 onions
  • garlic
  • 1 tomatoes (ripe)
  • 50 grams tomato paste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • red pepper
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 fish broth
  • elbow macaroni
  • 1 liter water
  • pineapple

Directions

  1. In a pot, place the water and the broth and take to boil.
  2. In another pan pour the olive oil, add the onion and minced garlic and bay leaf.
  3. Cut the peppers and diced tomatoes and add to the stew. Add the tomato paste and let it cook until it is mashed.
  4. Add the drained tuna.
  5. Add the broth and when it is boiling, add the pasta.
  6. Season with salt and ground pepper.
  7. Cut the pineapple into cubes and add when the pasta is almost cooked.
