Ingredients

  • pasta (tagliatelle, or other preferred pasta)
  • 1 inch water
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (may substitute milk or plain yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced, may substitute 250 grams tomato puree)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • salt
  • bouillon

Directions

  1. 1While the pasta is cooking, place a little olive oil into a pan, and heat at medium heat. Saute the onion and garlic slightly.
  2. 2Drain the cans of tuna and add to the pan. Mix into the onion and garlic, and allow the liquid to evaporate for 1 minute.
  3. 3Add the tomato and heavy cream. Lower the heat to low and mix. Add the salt and bouillon to taste.
  4. 4When the pasta is ready, drain it, and add it to the tuna mixture.
  5. 5Stir in the Parmesan cheese and serve.
