Ingredients

  • 200 grams pasta (your choice for shape)
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 100 grams pistachios (chopped)
  • 50 milliliters heavy cream
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain the 2 cans of tuna.
  3. Saute together the drained tuna, chopped pistachios, and cream. Simmer just a few minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix the sauce into the drained pasta and serve.

My husband looked at me twice when I told him I was making this for dinner. However, once he had the first helping, he looked at me again for more. It sounds a little weird, but it tastes fabulous. It uses simple ingredients and just has an amazing flavor. You simply will love this dish if you’re a tuna fan.
