This was fun to make, just for the scents. Starting off with sautéing the onion and rosemary together, that’s so good..then browning the lamb goes to another level. I read something wrong and just saw the word ‘juice’, and I didn’t know; juice of what? So I squeezed 2 lemons. I realized that probably wasn’t part of the recipe but I figured why not, and threw in the juice with the wine. It all came out delicious!
