Ingredients

  • 600 grams hake fillets (cut in cubes)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 red bell pepper (roasted, cut in strips)
  • 1 carrots (cut in strips)
  • ground ginger
  • 1 thyme (sprig)
  • coconut milk
  • 1 package spaghetti (spicy Milanese)
  • parsley (chopped)

Directions

  1. 1Season the fillets with salt, pepper, lemon, and 1 garlic clove, and let them to marinate for a few minutes.
  2. 2In a saucepan, saute the onion and 1 garlic clove, add the strips of fish, and fry lightly.
  3. 3Add carrots and roasted peppers, and season with ginger, thyme, and a pinch of salt.
  4. 4Finally, add the coconut milk, and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. 5Cook the spaghetti al dente.
  6. 6Serve the pasta with the fish sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley.
